Service Description

These sessions are ran by Snappy Sups and The Goodfellas Project C.I.C These are an informal paddle boarding session on the river combining the use of the yoga dock to create a relaxed vibe within natural surroundings. There's zero pressure to talk, its more about gathering people together that have each other's back. We're doing our bit to re-shape the way us blokes deal with the pressures of life, while maybe putting some smiles back on faces at the same time.
